How to Place an Order & Installation

Rent or Purchase a Coway Product

To place an order, browse through the site and add items to the cart or contact us directly at 201-482-4011 to place your order directly with our representatives. Please Note: Credit Card information is required to complete your order. You will not be charged. Your first month bill will be due with and on your second month billing cycle. Driver's License or Picture ID is also required.  Social Security Number OR $200 Down-payment is required for all Rentals.

After successfully placing your order with us, Coway Installation Specialist will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your Installation date and time. On the day of your installation, the Coway Installation Specialist will set up your product for use and go over your contract, payment/billing & product details, and answer any questions you may have.

Once the contract is signed and completed after installation, You are All-Set! Enjoy your Coway product and Thank you for choosing the healthy way for both yourself and our planet.
